| We are excited to welcome Mayor Dew Merrifield, City Administrator Deven Makley, the department heads and members of the Carlisle City Council as they share with us the highlights and accomplishments of the past year. They will also address the vision of the City, strategies for long-term success and some of the challenges that are faced. Come and hear what our leaders have to share and learn what you can do to support our elected officials.
