Per the By-Laws of the Carlisle Chamber presentation and election of the 2022 Board of Directors will take place at the September/October Board meetings. The President of the Board will charge a nominating committee consisting of two Board members and one member from the general membership to present a slate of candidates to replace the Directors whose regular terms are expiring. Nominations will be filed with the secretary who will present the nominees to the Board at its October meeting. Once nominees are ratified by the board, the general membership will be notified within ten (10) days after presentation. If there are no challenges the nominations will stand elected.
Board terms begin on January 1; retiring directors shall continue to serve until December 31st.
