2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsorships provide the opportunity to make great business-to-business connections, increase a positive awareness in the marketplace and portray your business as a good corporate citizen. Additionally, sponsorships will benefit the mission of the Carlisle Chamber, an organization that is focused on the retention and expansion of the Carlisle business community.

ANNUAL DINNER: The formal event celebrates the past year of accomplishments and sets the stage for the goals of the coming year. This is also the event which recognizes the Business, the Citizen, the Employee and the Friend of Education of the Year. This event is attended by Chamber members and Carlisle citizens who want to celebrate many successes. This even typically takes place in January.

Below are opportunities that help benefit the mission of the Carlisle Chamber, an organization that is focused on the retention and expansion of the Carlisle Business Community

Title Sponsor: $500 per sponsor (up to 2 sponsors)
      • Logo on invitations, programs and website & signage
      • 3 minutes presentation at dinner

Entertainment Sponsor: $250 (Up to 4 sponsors)
      • Name on signage and program
      • Name announced during dinner and prior to entertainment
      • Photo opportunity with speaker/entertainer

Drink Ticket Sponsor: $200 (up to 4 sponsors)

Award Sponsor: $175 (One each for Citizen, Business, Employee & Friend of Education)

Silent Auction Items

Silent Auction Items are welcomed. You can add or do a Silent Auction item(s). Please contact the Chamber office with your Silent Auction items with the description of the item(s) and the estimated cost. All Silent Auction items can be dropped off at the Chamber office. Call 515-989-4216.

 

 

Downtown Sign: $300 ($150 per/side, per/year (upon availability) PURCHASE SPOTS ON THE DOWNTOWN SIGN

Sponsorship Details: Highway 5 & 1 Street Business Sign – Is a yearly rental agreement from July 1 to June 30.  Pricing includes a logo panel that is 20in x 57in, which cost $175 for 1 Side or $250 for a 2 Sides.  Payment is required and dues must be current prior to manufacture and install logo panels.

Requirements:

  • High-resolution JPEG or EPS file
  • Only the logo will appear on the panel
  • Additional charges will apply if the logo needs to be designed
  • A proof will be sent and sign off is required prior to manufacturing and installation

 

Bike Friendly Business Sign: $50 PURCHASE A BIKE FRIENDLY BUSINESS SIGN

Lunch Sponsorship: $50 (up to 2 per luncheon) PURCHASE A LUNCH SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship Details: This event takes place 3-4 times a year which allows your business concentrated visibility to all attend.

Sponsor: $50 (up to 2 per luncheon)

      • Thanked and recognized at meeting and in newsletter

Annual Golf-Outing: 

Sponsorship Details: Our annual Golf-Outing is the third Saturday in August at the Pleasantville Golf and Country Club!  This event is hosted by the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, Carlisle Girls Softball Association, and Carlisle Little League.  To sign-up please fill out our REGISTRATION FORM and return it quickly as spots fill up fast.   Lastly, don’t forget about our golf hole sponsorship and donations for auction items!  For further information please call the Chamber Office at 515-989-4216.

Website Banner: $250 per/year per/spot PURCHASE A WEBSITE BANNER AD

Sponsorship Details: This is a yearlong sponsorship of one banner ad. Your Company’s logo will appear on the top of the home page of the Carlisle Area Chamber website for the year.  This is one of four banner ads that will rotate as new pages open.

 To be a sponsor or for a community event and program marketing, you must be a Chamber member receiving membership benefits, established partner or vendor.  Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce may grant an exemption to this requirement upon approval, so call for details.

 

Champion Sponsor Banner: Included in Bronze Level Membership or Higher. BECOME A MEMBER OR UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Sponsorship Details: This banner is taken to events and meetings to thank our champion membership level sponsors.

 

Teacher Appreciation Breakfast:

The event is the kick-off to Back to School which typically takes place each August. This is attended by over 200 educators and all support staff. Every year the children in the community are entrusted to the care and guidance of these professionals. In this small way we can show our appreciation of what they do by the Carlisle Chamber and Community.

Seeking Sponsors: SPONSOR THE TEACHER APPRECIATION BREAKFAST

Breakfast Sponsor:
      • $50 for food and buying any door prizes. Your business name and logo on table tents at the table along with recognition from the emcee and in Chamber newsletter.
      • $75 Gift Bag Sponsor – Your ability to provide goodie bags for the event that will be handed out to all attendees.
      • Door prize donated for drawings for educators.
Community Celebration – Taste of Carlisle – Opportunity for businesses to share a food specialty.

      • 4 tickets to event, name on program and all promotions of event, give brief presentation at the event.

PumpkinFest:

This event is the Annual Fall Festival that comes complete with a parade, Trunk or Treat, Crafts, Kiddie Train Ride, Ice Cream for marching band, Putting Contest, Pumpkin Painting, Entertainment.

Kiddie Train Sponsor – $300
      • Signage at the “train station”; recognition from the DJ during event
Ice Cream Cone Sponsor – $125
      • Business will have logo on the back of the coupons and recognition from the DJ during event
Pumpkins for Painting – $100
      • Signage at the table, recognition from the DJ during event
Entertainment – $300
      • Signage by entertainment and recognition by DJ during event
Putting Contest – $200
      • Name near putting contest, recognition by DJ during event
Light Up Carlisle:

This event is unique way of bringing Santa Claus to kiddos of Carlisle and the surrounding communities. The North Park path to Santa is lit with a combination of luminaries and inflatable displays by the businesses of Carlisle. Parents drive up to this magical path to Santa who hands a goodie bag to each child in car.

Presenting Sponsor – $150
      • Your business name is included in all pre-event advertising and on signage located at the entry of the park and by Santa.
Goodie Sponsor – $100
      • Your business name included in each bag of goodies
Inflatable Sponsor
      • Chamber members at no cost; Non chamber members $30 (inflatables to be provided by each participant

Regional Legislative Luncheon:

This event is held jointly with Indianola, Norwalk and Carlisle Chambers. Each year it is hosted by a different Chamber. Opportunity to hear from our legislators, mayors and other professionals on what is occurring locally, county and state legislation.

Program Sponsor – $125
      • Name on all promotional pieces by all 3 Chambers (up to 3 sponsors from each Chamber), will also be recognized at the event. The event is held each year in November after the election.

 

Women’s Mentoring Event:

This event is held jointly with Indianola, Norwalk and Carlisle Chambers. Each year it is hosted by a different Chamber. Learn from other women leaders in the region.

Annual Dinner: $300 (1 available each year) PURCHASE THE ANNUAL DINNER SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship Details: Third Saturday in January, speakers at these events represent a diverse and impactful range of topics as one sponsorship is available. Your business’s logo will be included on all promotional materials and social media regarding the event. You will receive a table and a business card drop bowl at the event. You will have 3-5 minutes to discuss your business during the event.  At the end of the presentation, you may draw a business card from the fishbowl for a giveaway.  You may take the remainder of the business cards upon request.  The cost of monthly sponsorship is $300.00 + a giveaway of your choice (minimum $50 value is requested).  More annual dinner information here!
